These terms cover riceautomation.com, the quote and customer portal we send links to, and the Rice Automation Sales App, an internal tool used by Rice Automation staff that connects to QuickBooks Online. Rice Automation is located at 166 Hwy V, Harviell, MO 63945. By using any of these you agree to the terms below.

The website

Listings, prices, specifications, and photos on the site are for information. They are not an offer and can change or be withdrawn without notice. A sale happens only when you accept a written quote from us.

Quotes and the customer portal

• A quote link is for the customer it was sent to. Do not forward it to anyone who is not authorized to accept on your company's behalf.
• Accepting a quote in the portal, by entering your name and clicking Accept, is a binding acceptance with the same effect as a signature on a purchase order.
• Prices, down payment, shipping terms, and expiry are as stated on the quote. Unless the quote says otherwise, sales are FOB Harviell, Missouri, and freight is arranged and paid by the customer.
• Optional add-ons are part of the order only if you select them before accepting.

The Sales App

The Rice Automation Sales App is licensed to Rice Automation staff for business use only. Each user has their own login and must keep it private. Rice Automation may change or discontinue the app at any time. The app's QuickBooks Online connection is used only to create and read the accounting documents described in our privacy policy.

The app and website are provided as is. Rice Automation does not promise that they will be available at all times or free of errors, and is not liable for losses arising from their use beyond the amount of the order in question.

Content

Text, photos, and videos on the site belong to Rice Automation or are used with permission. You may link to our pages. Do not copy listings or photos for your own listings.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts covering Butler County, Missouri.
