Model DZSR-DET. A dual-opening cell with two fixture tables and a safety light curtain zoned into the controller.

- 79 inch tall solid steel two-tone walls
- Dual safety light curtain integrated into the controller
- Zoned safety system
- Robot controller and welder mounted on the rear for easy movement
- All components wired to a safety disconnect
- All cables and wiring routed in a wire tray
- All wiring protected with wire tray covers
- Sliding rear door on a safety interlock for robot maintenance
- One solid wall welded to the base and one bolt-on standing wall
- Requires minimal floor space
The arm in this cell is a new robot or a refurbished FANUC robot. Robotic welding is that robot, the welder, and the cell.
